1. Overview
VoxelEon (“VoxelEon,” “we,” “us”), a product of Global Elite Concern Ltd (“GEC”), provides an AI-powered customer engagement platform — unified inbox, AI employees, automation, payments and related services (the “Service”). This policy explains what data we collect from you and your customers, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, business details, and billing information you provide when you sign up.
- Conversation data: messages, attachments and metadata exchanged through web chat, email, SMS, WhatsApp, voice, and social channels connected to your account.
- Customer 360 data: profile, booking, payment and interaction history compiled to build a unified timeline for your end customers.
- Usage data: feature usage, message and conversation volume (used for plan allotments and usage-based billing), device and log data.
3. How AI processing works
To power the AI workforce (Concierge, Sales, Scheduler, Reputation, Support, Analyst roles), conversation content is sent to third-party AI model providers for inference. We currently use Minimax and DeepSeek as our primary model providers, chosen in part for cost efficiency, which is reflected in our usage-based AI pricing. We may add or change model providers — including providers such as OpenAI or Anthropic — as our platform evolves; any such change is covered by this policy and will be reflected here without requiring a separate consent unless required by law. Model providers process conversation content solely to generate a response and do not use it to train their models unless we have separately disclosed otherwise.
4. Messaging & payment subprocessors
SMS, WhatsApp and voice messages are delivered through carrier and messaging infrastructure providers (including Twilio and Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform), who process message content and metadata as necessary to deliver messages. Payments are processed by Creem and its underlying payment processor(s); we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
5. How we use data
- To provide, maintain and improve the Service.
- To power AI responses, automation, analytics and the Customer 360 timeline.
- To calculate plan usage and bill for usage above plan allotments.
- To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
- To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse and security issues.
- To comply with legal obligations.
6. Data retention & deletion
We retain account and conversation data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal, billing and dispute-resolution purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting privacy@voxeleon.com, subject to records we are required to retain by law.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@voxeleon.com.
8. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encryption in transit. Enterprise plans include additional controls such as SSO/SAML, role-based access control and audit logs.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
