Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the VoxelEon platform, operated by Global Elite Concern Ltd (“GEC,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Plans & pricing
VoxelEon offers Starter (free), Growth, Business and Enterprise plans, each with a monthly conversation, SMS and WhatsApp message allotment as described on our pricing page. List prices and any founding-customer discount rates are shown at signup and in your account billing settings. Founding rates apply for the first 12 months from the date you subscribe to a paid plan and may revert to then-current list pricing thereafter; we will notify you by email at least 30 days before any increase takes effect.
3. Usage-based charges
Each plan includes a monthly allotment of AI conversations, SMS, WhatsApp messages and (where applicable) voice minutes. Usage beyond your plan's allotment is billed at the per-unit rates published on our pricing page (currently: AI conversations at $0.10 each; SMS at $0.01 plus carrier passthrough; WhatsApp at Meta's fee plus $0.005 per message; voice at $0.02/min inbound and $0.04/min outbound). Payment processing through the Service is billed at 2.5% + $0.30 per transaction. Usage-based rates may change; changes will be reflected on the pricing page and take effect for usage on or after the effective date.
4. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, plus any usage-based charges in arrears, via our payment processor (Creem). Monthly billing carries a 20% surcharge over the equivalent annual rate. Annual plans are billed once per year at approximately 17% less than the monthly rate. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in these Terms.
5. AI features & third-party providers
The Service's AI features are powered by third-party AI model providers, currently including Minimax and DeepSeek, and may in the future include additional providers such as OpenAI or Anthropic. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted communications sent to your customers where accuracy is material. We are not liable for actions taken in reliance on AI-generated output.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR and equivalent regulations), to impersonate others, or to transmit unlawful, abusive or infringing content. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required from your customers to contact them via SMS, WhatsApp, voice or other channels.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel a paid plan at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further recurring fees will be charged. Usage-based charges incurred before cancellation remain due.
8. Data ownership
You retain ownership of your business and customer data submitted to the Service. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy and only as necessary to provide the Service.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind except as expressly stated in an applicable order form or SLA. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GEC's aggregate liability arising from these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect, except changes required for legal compliance, which may take effect immediately.
